Rocking in at 4.2% ABV and a stoopingly low PH level of 3.2 this sour beer is made from over 50 litres of cloudy lemon juice in a 500l batch, With amber/biscuit malt adding the essence of a buttery biscuit base, we've also added a little bit of lactose to recreate the infamous dessert
