A plethora of Citra (US) and Amarillo (US) hops were used in this simple grist pale ale.
Expect all the flavours of Grapefruit and mango that you would usually get from these hops but in abundance!
Lampblack is a roasty chocolatey stout made up of 6 different malts. With hints of blackberry coming from the darker malts and Admiral hops, this beer is slightly fruity with an almost Dry Irish Stout finish.
NE Pale Ale
With a hopping rate of 16g per litre and utilising the soft and peachy East Coast Ale Yeast, this beer is as juicy as it is drinkable. Flavours of Mango, Pineapple and Peach (amongst other stone fruits)
Packed with a plethora of early and mid addition Nugget (US) paired with an abundance of late addition Simcoe (US) and Amarillo (US) this IPA has flavours of bitter citric fruits, resinous piney qualities and an underlying tropical fruitiness.
With all the usual crisp dryness you expect from a Lager with the added flavour of Agave.
Soft flavours of Gooseberry are imparted by the Hallertau Blanc hops whilst the Agave imparts an almost lemon/lime like quality.
