Hiphopopotomus is not only a wicked cool name for a beer but is also a nod to the origins of the Brand New experimental hop used to create this New England Pale Ale (1/2). 
To make The Bruce the growers used early Nelson Sauvin, early Motueka, late Pacifica and mid Pacific Jade. The aroma has fresh gooseberry, citrus peel, ripe tropical fruit and orange blossom.
